-Costs are incurred immediately
-Work cannot be reversed or resold
Therefore, we do not offer refunds after payment is made.
3. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:

-Reviewing proposals before making payment
-Communicating clearly regarding expectations
Failure to do so does not qualify for a refund.
